What times can I have a treatment?
I do not operate at set times, as I am often requisted to lecture or assess on various courses, but generally appointments can be made from 8.00am to 8.00pm Monday to Friday. Treatments on Sundays are by special request only
How do I Book a Treatment?
To book a treatment simply contact me. Your booking will need to be confirmed by return contact from me.
How long in advance do I need to book?
It is advisable to give as much notice as possible. I do become fully booked very quickly, I do generally suggest that a few days will be enough. Priority bookings are given to regular clients however taking advantage of telephone booking. This often allowing appointments to be made at short notice.
At present I am travelling around many countries and prefer initial appointments to be made via the website contact form.
What do I need to know before making an appointment?
It is important that you are aware that some medical conditions, such as diabetes, epilepsy, thyroid disorders, heart disease and a history of cancer, may require permission from your GP before treatments can begin. Also it is important that you do not consume a large meal within 3 hours of most treatments and you must not be under the influence of recreational drugs or alcohol when attending for treatment.

Before your treatment begins?
On arrival for your first appointment, I will help to reassure you and make you feel relaxed and welcome. A full consultation will be completed, to help provide a picture of your current state of health and lifestyle. This helps me to determine the best treatment for your needs and selections of products to be used, if nessessary. The treatment procedure will be explained and any questions you may have will be answered.
Are all my details kept confidential?
I am required to keep confidential and accurate records, however personal details are kept to a minimum and are never used for any other purpose than to allow me to record your treatments and progress. I never use telephone numbers to make unsolicited calls.
What happens during a treatment?
During the treatment?
After the initial consultation, you may be asked to undress and make yourself comfortable on the treatment couch, depending on the type of treatment. As this is your treatment, you may wish to talk during it or simply drift off to sleep. All you have to do is simply relax, savour the fragrant aroma of any oils and allow me to do all the work.
Do I have to completely undress?
For Ear Acupuncture, Energy Healing, Indian Head Massage you remain fully clothed throughout. For reflexology you remain fully clothed with the exception of your feet. For other treatments you keep your underwear on at all times, towels are provided and your privacy and dignity is protected at all times.

What happens after a treatment?
Some clients feel extreme tiredness, due to the deep sense of relaxation that has been created. After the treatment you will be allowed time to slowly return to a more awake and alert state. You will be given aftercare advice to enhance the effects of your treatment. I will ask about your experience of the treatment and how to adjust the treatment to best suit your requirements with regard to future appointments.
How can I pay for my treatment?
The only method of payment is by cash.
